Powertech news releases
Updated February 23, 2008
RETRACTION - In response to a December 17, 2007 letter from Powertech's attorney, John D. Fognani, threatening a defamation lawsuit, I have removed assertions previously posted on this page regarding Powertech's disclosure of information to the public and the future of the Centennial Project. I hereby retract the statements. Regarding Powertech's chances for regulatory approval of the project, I have no evidence that permit approvals are less certain today than when the project was originally announced in 2006.

Below are news releases issued by Powertech Uranium Corp. that concern the Centennial/Indian Springs project as well as the company's recent conversion from a manufacturer of water heaters to a uranium exploration company. Noticeably absent are any news releases mentioning the termination of project manager Lane Douglas, the public opposition of U.S. Congresswoman Marilyn Musgrave, opposition by the Colorado Medical Society and the Larimer County Medical Society, and the unanimous resolution of the Fort Collins City Council urging regulators to deny mining permits to Powertech.
